1. Festival Entry Timings

For Full Day and Morning Pass Holders, we will start issuing of wristbands will start from 10:00 AM onwards.
Entry gates to seating areas will open at 10:30 AM for full day and morning pass holders only.
Entry gates to seating areas woll open at 06:15 PM for evening pass holders.

3. Getting to Westminster Chapel With Public Transportation

The following transport lines have routes that pass near Westminster Chapel

4. How to get an entry at the festival?

Upon arrival at the venue, please furnish your tickets at the registration desk/box office.
Both online and print copies are accepted. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time for hassle-free entry.
You will be issued a wristband with colour code depending on the ticket category you have chosen.
Festival volunteers will be there to assist you in the designated area.

5. Are there any special guidelines for attending the festival?

No outside food is allowed on the festival premises
Seating as per booked ticket category is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Professional videography or photography is not allowed at the festival.

6. Is there any process for booking tickets on the spot?

We will set up a box office at the venue on the festival date. However, tickets are subject to availability.
We recommend that you secure your tickets through online booking to avoid disappointment.

7. What are the various ticket options for the festival?

It’s a full day festival and tickets are available for the full day (8 sessions/performances) morning (6 sessions & performances) and evening (2 grand performances).
For any of the above, there are two ticket categories- Auditorium & Mezzanine. You may refer to the seating layout while booking tickets.

8. What is the process for receiving a refund if I miss the show?

There is no refund once tickets are booked. Refunds are possible only if the organizer cancels the festival or declares an emergency.

9. Will there be food and beverage options at the festival?

Paid food options will be available at the venue during breaks, allowing you to relish meals and snacks amidst the festival’s vibrant atmosphere.
The meal includes both vegetarian & non-vegetarian options besides, hot & cold beverages during breaks.
If you wish to enjoy outside delights, there are various options available near the venue.
